Cystic acne – how to clean your acne skin

In order to get rid of cystic acne you should adhere to strict cleansing. That is my best advice. Wash, wash, and wash your face. If you have blackheads, it means dirt is trapped, if you have cystic acne it means bacteria are trapped. And an oily face traps more dirt in so wash the oil away every night before you sleep and don’t think using harsh soaps will help. If you are naturally oily, the drier your skin is the more oil it will produce to counter react the dryness.

Use the Glycerin and Oat facial wash from Body Shop. It cleans your cystic acne face squeaky clean with leaving it dry. You can also use a good toner from Body Shop because you want to keep your pores close and not open to prevent dirt from getting in. Do not use a scrub. You will over activate your glands and have more breakouts. I believe at this point your skin is very sensitive but you may use a weekly masque (peel off or wash off masque) for deep cleansing.

During the day use oil blotters to ‘eat ‘ up the oil on your face. This works wonderfully if you can’t wash your face while you are outside. You can also use other products in pharmacies to dry up pimples while you sleep at night.

4 Tips to Lose Weight Fast

“I need to lose weight…fast.” I get that statement all the time from training clients, or just random people who find out what I do for a living.

Everybody wants to know how to lose weight fast, and there is no shortage of crooks out there who will tell you how to do it.

The only problem is they’re probably lying to you. Selling you some magic pill or fad diet that won’t do anything but make you go to the bathroom (which is I’m sure what you really want) or make your wallet lighter.

But is there a way to lose weight fast?

Is it possible to lose weight fast and keep it off?

There are ways, but you have to be consistent and understand that you have to work to keep the weight off and understand that there’s no such thing as a magical cure all. There’s no pill, powder or potion you can take that will make you lose lots of weight instantly without changing the way you live.

It just isn’t possible.

However, there are small changes you can make that will help you lose fat fast and well on your way to you goal.

1. Cardio

That’s the obvious one. But don’t do what you’re thinking I’m going to tell you. Do not head to the treadmill and decide you’re going to do nothing but cardio for the next 90 minutes and do it every day of the week. That’s just ridiculous. There’s no need for it. Yes, cardio is very important if you want to lose fat fast, but it’s not going to help if you do nothing but live on the treadmill for the next couple of months.

You don’t need to spend that much time doing your cardio, and some people I tell not to even consider doing it. There are exceptions, but the majority of people I train I instruct them to do interval training for their cardio. It gets them done with their cardio in as little as 15 minutes, it’s not as hard on the joints and it sure as heck isn’t as boring.

When it comes down to it, interval training just means that you mix bouts of higher intensity exercise with bouts of lower intensity exercise. Take the stationary bike for example. After you warm-up, mix bouts of harder riding for 30 seconds for bouts of easy riding for 60 seconds and repeat for about 10 minutes, then cool down and it’s done.

2. Stop drinking calories.

No coffee drinks, no sodas (regular or diet), no sweetened teas, no alcohol, no liquid calories at all. Anytime you have a drink with your meal, it should be something that has zero calories, and I’m sorry but I diet soda cannot fit in this category even though it has zero calories. Diet soda can actually hinder your fat loss goals and may make you gain weight.

I’ve had clients lose upwards of 5 pounds in a week just by getting rid of their liquid calories.

You can too.

3. Resistance Training

You have to work your muscles if you want to lose fat fast. It’s just that simple. However, that doesn’t mean you can spend the entire time working your “beach muscles” or by doing thousands upon thousands of crunches.

You have to spend your time doing full body workouts and full body exercises. Also, given that you want your workouts to be done quickly, you should do more supersets or mini-circuits rather than just doing one exercise at a time.

Pair exercises like push-ups or chest presses with a lower body exercise like a squat or lunge. That superset alone works virtually every muscle in your entire body, including your abs, and will have you burning fat like crazy.

You’ll get more done in less time and you’ll lose a lot more fat.

4. Meal timing

Don’t save all your calories for one meal. Eating too many calories in one sitting will make you gain fat, not lose it. You’ve got to spread your calories out over the day and keep your body fed, while not over consuming. That’s how you lose weight fast.

Also, make sure you eat a good breakfast that’s high in protein and limit the amount of food you eat after your last meal of the day. This is prime snacking time and it’s when most people, who eat perfectly all day long, totally ruin their fat loss goals. They eat perfectly all day, then night time rolls around, they’re watching television, they’re bored and they head for the refrigerator or cupboard and grab some snacks. Say good bye to your fat loss and hello to more fat!

Lose Belly Fat: How to Lose your Fat Belly – the Easy Way!

Everybody wants to Lose Belly Fat, so they can have a “trim tummy”. Male and Female, today’s magazines are filled with models who’s first priority, is to showoff their absolutely flat, toned tummies or rock-hard “six-pack”! So why have you found it so hard, to get the great-looking midsection you want?

Well for one, the stomach region is a primary fat storage area for humans. That’s why your body fights against you, by removing fat from your other body areas first. You have to find a way to convince your body to do something, it will not naturally do on its own.

In addition to this, people who are trying to lose belly fat are faced with a huge assortment of Bad Methods: expensive equipment, expensive club memberships, expensive weight-loss franchises – none of which is needed to great those great-looking abs.

Fortunately for you, you CAN lose belly fat. And you can do it in a way, that does NOT require expensive fitness club memberships, needs NO expensive home fitness equipment, is easy to do and takes little time!

But first, you have to understand the methods which do NOT work, but are sold and promoted widely. Let’s start with the Worst – shall we?

#1: Ab Blasters, Ab Masters, and other “Infomercial Ab Machines”

Have you noticed how these come and go, and how there’s always a new, “better” one that’s just come onto the market? The reason none of these devices has a long consumer “lifespan”? They don’t work! Plus, some of the products (and the companies behind them) are so deceptive – they been hit with million-dollar fines!

#2: Endless Sit-ups, Crunches, and other “Ab Exercises”

Sit-ups don’t work, and they can create back problems. But even worse, doing lots of sit-ups can actually make your waist look thicker! Crunches are a bit better but again, back problems can be aggravated by them. Plus, you can do crunches forever, and not get a six-pack, nor a toned tummy. As for the many other so-called “ab exercises” – don’t waste your time. You won’t lose your belly fat, or get a great looking mid-section, by doing any “targeted” exercises like these.

#3: Targeted “Spot Reduction”

Which brings us to the final problem – “spot reduction” doesn’t work. When you lose a pound, your body decides where to take it from. There’s no way to “target” your abs (or any other body area), to specifically lose fat from that region.

So what CAN you do, to lose belly fat?

Your first step is to lose fat overall. Dieting can help, but to get that great-looking tummy, you need to combine diet AND exercise. But what kind of exercise is best?

You need to employ fully-body exercise. Specifically, you need to choose exercises that do target the ab muscles, but while using your entire body. There are TWO major benefits to using this kind of exercise:

#1: While “spot-reduction” doesn’t work, Spot Toning does. That is, while you cannot tell your body where to take the fat off, you certainly CAN tell your body which muscles to concentrate on firming!

#2: Exercises that only use one group of muscles (such as “ab exercises”), burn very little fat. But full-body exercises burn the most fat possible – and in the shortest amount of time!

So you see, the key to getting that six-pack, or that fantastic-looking “toned” tummy – is to lose belly fat with an easy-to-do daily exercise plan, that takes little time and requires no special equipment. Punk Makeup Ideas

Makeup Base

Your lips can stay natural, or go till the darkest hot red possible. Just keep in mind that using a bold color on your lips is harder than it might seem, so maintain soft and healthy lips. Also, use the lip pencil to contour your lips and avoid smudging, just as for your entire lips to use it as a base. This will make the look be long lasting and perfectly polished.

For the absolute punk makeup, you can also add some fake lashes, temporary rhinestone appliqués to spice up your look into an eccentric appearance, or simple glitter to add some light into your look.

Create the most futuristic looks and use the makeup as a basic element in completing an extreme appearance. Use dark eyeshadow, strong hues and edgy shapes. Amplify the strong punk look with a makeup and your presence will surely make a statement.

4 Things an Anti Aging Cream Must Do to Work

To get rid of cystic acne I would find a good skin care regimen.  Use a gentle cleanser and only wash your face twice a day.  Make sure that the make-up you are using is of good quality and doesn’t clog pores. Sometimes the make-up you use can make your skin worse. Use only loose powder and a cover up for bad cystic acne. Make sure you’re not allergic to your makeup and all the chemicals in them will make your acne condition worse. Also, make sure you don’t use moisturizer, even a little, because that can really mess your skin up. If you are using heavier make-up then you need to make sure you use a make-up remover that will not hurt your skin and get all of it off at night.  Try not to touch your face. 

Get some of the blotting papers to help you with oil during the day. Drink lots of water – at least 8 glasses a day!  Water will help to clean the purities out of your body and will help to keep your skin hydrated and healthy.  Eat healthy foods to also keep those impurities from building up in your body. No, the food you eat won’t give you cystic acne – but the foods you don’t eat could. 

“Healthy inside, healthy outside.”  Get into some sort of exercise – riding bikes, roller blades, or a sport in school.  It will give you a way to get rid of stress (which can make your cystic acne worse) and will help you to stay healthy.

How do you lose weight fast?

A real simple tip is and we’ve all been taught it, from the time we were kids from our parents, is increase our vegetable intake, more specifically your non-starchy vegetable intake. It’s not to hard to choose a vegetable that’s non-starchy.

The main reason is, because you want to be able to eat something that is not caloricly dense but nutrient dense and non-starchy vegetables. They’re a great source of fiber which is very important for helping you feel fuller longer and not encouraging you to eat 30 minutes later. You’re going to be full for a long time. The fiber takes longer to digest, so the body has to work harder and you keep your insulin levels in check which is big for preventing fat storage.

What is insulin which I mentioned above?

When you eat you get sugar in your blood and your body has to get that sugar out of the blood and either use it as energy or store it for use at a later time. Insulin does that. When you ingest food and you get these sugars into your blood, your insulin increases and gets those sugars, pull them out of your blood and either, like I said, burn them for energy or store them to be used at a later time. When all of your carbohydrate glycogen levels are full, then the only other alternative is to be stored as fat. Insulin tends to promote fat storage because most peoples glycogen/carbohydrate levels are usually pretty full, so the alternative is fat storage.

You want to keep that insulin response low, which is one of the main goals.

Now on to Tip number 2 which is eating protein at every meal. We hear so much about protein; again, most guys are probably meat and potatoes guys. Why is it so important – how do we make the transformation to just eating fatty protein sources to types of proteins that you should be eating to help lose that gut.

It should be easy to get protein into your diet since most men are meat and potato type of men, but you want to control the type of protein you eat. A fried chicken breast, or 18 chicken wings from Hooters, probably isn’t going to be the best source. Yes, its protein, but you are also going to pack in a lot of extra calories that you really don’t need if you’re trying to lose your gut. So, one of the things you want to do is to look for those lean protein sources. Skinless chicken breasts, lean beef and steaks, fish grilled not fried. Eggs are another good source.

Dairy is also another good source. If you like cottage cheese or yogurts or things like that, you can get in your lean protein that way as well.

Tip number 3 Eat whole grain carbohydrates.

So now, what is a whole grain carb? What’s a good carb? What’s a bad carb? When am I supposed to be eating some of these carbs?

A whole grain carb would be carbohydrates that are considered a good source of fiber. Staying away from the – you’ve heard the thing of no white breads and things like that and white rice, and to a point there’s validity to why people say that. I don’t know that they always know why they are saying it, but the reason that they should try to limit those is because those are usually made with processed carbohydrates and very little fiber content. You’re whole grain carbs are going to be anything that says 100% whole grain. Wheat bread is just white bread that hasn’t been bleached. So you need to look for the whole grain or the whole oats/grain wording in it to find out, and look at the fiber source. Most of them should have at least 2 grams of fiber per serving, if not 3 to be considered a good fiber source. So, that will help you get you your answer as well with that.

Alright, rapid weight loss diet tip number 4. Eat more healthy fats. Now, this is very confusing for people, I’m sure. Healthy fats, unhealthy fats, Trans fats, why is this going to be such a big deal when it comes to losing weight fast?

Your healthy fats is what’s usually called essential fatty acids, and what that means is that it’s fatty acids and fats that we can not produce in the body on our own, so we have to get them through diet. Why essential fatty acids are so important is because there’s hundreds and hundreds of studies that are showing that it helps with numerous diseases.

It helps prevent certain diseases such as heart disease and cancer. The studies are actually now showing that it may actually increase your metabolism by as much as 400 calories a day and that’s the big one when it comes to just specific weight loss.

If you want to just throw out all the numerous health benefits of why essential fatty acids are good and just go off of the fact for weight loss and fat loss, it actually helps increase your metabolism and there’s also some studies showing that it may actually block what they tend to call pre-fat cells from turning into permanent fat cells. So, again, that’s another huge step in regards to weight loss and trying to prevent weight gain. And, essential fatty acids primarily are, what you’ll also hear or read, as Omega 3 fats.

You do have to do a little planning ahead, but if you use the previous four tips, you could cut up some vegetables ahead of time on a Sunday and just put them in bags so that you have them available to put into your lunch or as a snack. Doing those types of things and plan ahead to where you don’t have to think the morning of, “Alright what am I going to eat for my snack today? What am I going to do for lunch? Put it in individual bags, throw it in your cooler and put it in the refrigerator at work, so that it’s available. That way, the less thinking you can take out of it, the better off you’re going to be.

Every time you eat your metabolism increases to digest that food. Your body uses calories to digest calories? So, you want to keep that metabolism revved up every day.

What guy doesn’t want to eat. The worst thing about trying to lose weight is you think you have to starve yourself and that’s the exact opposite that you want to do if you’re going to lose weight. You need to feed yourself and you need to feed yourself consistently because then the weight will come off. If you restrict eating and that metabolism plummets your body has to survive. It goes into a survival mode at that point and it’s going to do everything possible to burn as little calories as possible because you don’t feed it frequently enough.

In order to get rid of cystic acne, it’s an excellent idea to avoid junk food. Some people, no matter what they do in terms of diet, exercise, and general lifestyle changes, continue to have cystic acne that requires medical treatment. You may be an example of the extremely fortunate individual whose skin responds just to changes in diet. It’s unfair, however, to suggest that an improved diet will be a panacea for all people with acne.
