Yoga Builds Bones for Pear Shape woman

After knowing that I am a Pear shape body, I decided to search for information on how to prevent Osteoporosis. Then I got this book - Yoga Builds Bones from library last month. After finish reading this book, I decided to sign up for my yoga session again.

Pratice 2 times of Ghatasth Yoga with Guru Sunil, all I get is aching body. But I believe all the aching will stronger my bone and strengthen my muscle. As we grow older, our body won’t be as strong as young age, and the skin will also generate dead cells faster than get rid of it, isn’t it irritating?

Yoga can warm up our body, so that we won’t feel cold when in the aircon room. I have this problem - cold hands and feets, that really make my life terrible. I can feel that I am getting warmer after 2 sessions. If you want to join me for the same class, email me, lets attend the same class.
