After knowing that I am a Pear shape body, I decided to search for information on how to prevent Osteoporosis. Then I got this book – Yoga Builds Bones from library last month. After finish reading this book, I decided to sign up for my yoga session again.

Pratice 2 times of Ghatasth Yoga with Guru Sunil, all I get is aching body. But I believe all the aching will stronger my bone and strengthen my muscle. As we grow older, our body won’t be as strong as young age, and the skin will also generate dead cells faster than get rid of it, isn’t it irritating?

Yoga can warm up our body, so that we won’t feel cold when in the aircon room. I have this problem – cold hands and feets, that really make my life terrible. I can feel that I am getting warmer after 2 sessions. If you want to join me for the same class, email me, lets attend the same class.

Simple Home Spa at Sunday Afternoon

Home SpaIf you don’t have spacious nicely decorated room & bathroom with bathrub, then you should forget about doing any home spa.

Oh, you are wrong. See how I start my home spa with very little money. There are several things that I have get recently:

1. Grab 2 bottle of essential oil – lavendar & bergemot, at 50% off from the BodyShop warehouse sale about a month ago, they also give me 2 coconut body scrub sample for trial.

2. Hubby pick up a stone for me to put on top of the stand, as lit up the fire, the stone will be heated, which will make it a unique natural burner.

So indulge with all the things I have at home and just bought from warehouse sale.

1. Set up the burner, put 2-3 drops of my favourate lavendar essential oil on the stone
2. Play the “Most Relaxing Music” CD I have in my collection
3. Sitting in the lotus position to meditate for about 15 mins, then you will start relax your body
4. Bring along the coconut body scrub to the bathroom, carefully scrub every part of my body, and enjoying the coconut scents
5. Once finish the scrub, clean the body and bath. Then go back to the room again.
6. Prepare yourself a hot tea, aroma hot tea will be best choice, enjoying the music while sipping the tea

Isn’t it a simple and less cost home spa? This is how I spend my Sunday afternoon to unwind and destress myself.
