How does everyone store their makeup/nail polishes/brushes etc. I was thinking about buying a train case. Have any suggestions?

I primarily store my makeup in those plastic drawers you can find at target, walmart, office depot and big lots. I got mine at big lots for $ 7.00, I have 2 sets which have 3 rows of about 8×11 inches. I store my makeup in there by category,lips, shadows, primers/bases/liners, face stuff, lashes and brows, pigments and glitters. I do have a traincase but I do not store my makeup in there because it is hard to access, I only use it when I do freelance. Right now I have my makeup brushes in my brush belt but I usually keep them in a Sephora inspired brush holder:

My nailpolishes are stored in a gigantic plastic bin sorta like an oversized tupperware.

I go into panic mode searching for foundation. I use pressed powder. As an African American I use foundation to correctly match. In other words I need someone’s directions who is better at apply makeup. And I go to beauty supply stores.

Right now, I use Kiss Colors foundation.

Actually I think you have some enuf makeup to create like 10 or even 20 makeup looks ..

like to use two eyeshadows , U can also wear some silver wz pink eyeshadow , and line up wz mascara and eyeliner..

Same with my friend and I’ve found from doing her makeup (I frequently do my friends makeup because its fun) that a bright blue looks the best or maybe a dark blue, but not too dark.

I have light brown/ambery eyes and I use like a dark forest green and it makes them stand out and look amazing.

as for mascara/eyeliner … a brown is good.

Yes Any lotion that is Oil free is a good makeup base sometimes I use
aloe vera Gel on my skin this also works really well makes my foundation
last ages on my skin.

Just use black eyepencil or liquid eyeliner If you are used to it
Also some eye concealer and a bit of powder

I like physicians formula powder. It’s light and lets your skin breathe. I usually only put it on once. If I’m out all day, I might have to reapply one more time.

well i would but a little liquid foundation and them rub it in and then lightly powder it “poof” gone. i always use this for my acne and it goes away and sometimes use ing stridex helps too. :)

What color mascara should someone with dark brown eyes and naturally long dark curly eyelashes wear? Some think black is too harsh and that I should wear brown, while others think that black is classy. Should I compromise and wear brown-black? What’s a good brand and type of mascara to use?
