From www.maccosmetics.com:
An industry-strength oil-based makeup remover that’s gentle on the skin. Botanically formulated with oils of olive fruit, evening primrose and jojoba seed and absolutely 100 percent mineral-oil free. Massages onto the skin to loosen all makeup, including waterproof mascara. Emulsifies into a lotion-type liquid with water: rinses off easily, no tissues required – and no residue! Protects with vitamin E. Skin softening and conditioning. Good for all skin types.

My Skin Type:
Ranging from very dry to normal/dry. Generally dehydrated, very sensitive.

Packaging:
Transparent pump bottle with locking mechanism (activated with a twist). Not sure it’s reliable for travel. It might leak since the lock is easy to be twisted.

Texture:
Very thin. Probably thinnest cleansing oil that I’ve tried.

My General Review:
I was really hesitant to try MAC Cleanse Off Oil. Many people uses it with very good results, sure. But most reviewers have combo/oily skin; so I was really afraid this will dry up my face. I finally took the plunge last week, as I’ve used up my Shu Uemura and the fact that my skin is more normal/combo. And it’s cheaper than Shu. And even though it contains irritant like Orange and Lavender oil; presumably to be used as fragrance component, the list started with great stuffs (Olive oil etc) so I’m hoping that the irritants is not strong enough to damage the skin (with the fact that this stuff will only stay on your skin for a minute or two).

Wrong decision! It only took 3 days to dry up my skin. I look dehydrated and dull, boohoo! It took off my makeup well though.

I may have to sell this, much too drying for my skin :(

Application:
1. Use 3-4 pumps of cleansing oil on dry hands
2. Spread gently and thoroughly over dry face.
3. Add a few drops of lukewarm water to face to emulsify.
4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Availability:
Easily available at MAC counters. In Jakarta, it means SOGO Plaza Senayan, Pondok Indah Mall 2.

Price:
IDR300,000 for 150ml. USD21 at Sephora.

Ingredients:
Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Olive fruit oil, PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate, Squalane, Jojoba Seed Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, Rice Germ Oil, Tocopherol, Chamomilla (Matricaria) Flower Oil, Bitter Orange oil, Lavender Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Water, Rose Fruit Oil, Limonene

Overall Rating:
5 out of 5. Weird? Le sigh.

I don’t take away a point since this works well to remove makeup thoroughly without residue. It’s just too drying for me. Will recommend this wholeheartedly to oily/very oily skin.
