Question by : What color and brand of mascara for someone with dark brown eyes?
What color mascara should someone with dark brown eyes and naturally long dark curly eyelashes wear? Some think black is too harsh and that I should wear brown, while others think that black is classy. Should I compromise and wear brown-black? What’s a good brand and type of mascara to use? I heard good things from the Maybelline Lash Stilletoe. Also do you wear mascara on the top lashes, bottom lashes or both? Thanks for your help?

I know theres tons of great expensive mascaras out there but I also know that a mascara you buy at Walmart/ CVS type store can produce the same results for a much lower price. What mascara is your opinion is the best? ( Right now I use MAC plump lash and im not impressed). Thank you everyone

Every-time i take my makeup off at least three eyelashes fall out from each eye. I used to have really long and thick eyelashes but now they are thinner. I think it might be the mascara i use, but i don’t know what to switch to. Any suggestions on good mascara that WONT make my eyelashes fall out?

I’ve used non-waterproof mascara and have tried to remove it with makeup remover pads but it was still very difficult and almost impossible to remove the last traces.

I have very short lashes so I’m looking for a nice lengthening mascara…without the expensive cost.
I’ve used Maybelline XXL for a year now but I want a mascara that would perform even better.
I know that Lancome Defencil and Diorshow are amazing mascaras but they are on the expensive side for me.
I’m planning to try out L’Oreal double lash extend, if anyone has used it please tell me whether the mascara lengthens the lash well.

Try “high impact mascara” from Clinique. It works reeeaaallly well. I dont have short lashes, but when I tried it, it made my lashes extreamly long (too long) so I dont use it.
Yea, fake ones are horrible, and you can always tell when some one is wearing them.

and i ran out so i bought some maybelline intense xxl volume + length
so any tips on using it also any other brands you use that work
it actually makes my lashes appear longer which i like but when i try a 2nd coat it looks chunky or clumpy…so any tips. thanks

i use brown mascara, covergirl lash exact but it seems to clup a lot? my lashes are kinda long but i want them to be fuller. they can get clumpy sometimes without mascara. ANY tips, or ideas, is that kind of mascara ok?

Dont pump your mascara stick in the tube as this pumps air into it and clogs it up, lotsof people do this and dont realise its no good for the mascara.

For fuller lashes try using a volumising mascara, I have long, curly lashes and use Max Factor Masterpiece Max to make them look fuller- Its the best one ive tried and ive tried lots!!

Oo and dont sleep with your mascara on take it off before you go to bed as your should with the rest of your make up
